Two more are coming from Mass Effect. This is more a tribute to Garrius himself. He's Shepards BFF. This is also an homage to the last episode of the first season of Miami Vice, Just transpose 'Sidonus' with 'The Colombian'. Miami Vice epitomized the macho cop drama and catapaulted this type of manly one liner dialogue, coupled with the well placed music montage, into buddy cop show and movie popularity.
